The Seabrook Employee Teambuilding Experience has produced the beautiful artwork you can view in the corridor of the Seabrook House. Recently, nearly 200 Seabrook Employees attended the Bi-Annual Team Meeting. At the meeting, all staff participated in a team building project where they came together to depict through art and words a scene based upon the newly unveiled Employee Mission Statement.
The statement reads, "At The Seabrook, we unite as a family- oriented team, dedicated to making a positive difference in the remarkable journey of our cherished residents. Our unwavering commitment to exceptional care and service brings us together in a shared mission of enriching lives, fostering a warm and vibrant community where everyone's journey is filled with joy, dignity, and purpose."
The comradery at the meeting was palpable. In addition, the staff enjoyed either breakfast or lunch and also received mandatory training. Many staff members were also very grateful to the Seabrook residents for the annual holiday gifts presented by Jim Robinson. Stop by to see the piece in the next few weeks as it will then be moved to the employee breakroom for staff to further enjoy and reflect. #TheSeabrook
