Chris Katon is Director of Dining Services at the Seabrook of Hilton Head. He is an inclusive leader who is passionate about delivering elevated hospitality and personalized guest service. Chris was raised in Massachusetts on Cape Cod and is former General Manager at Legal Sea Foods Restaurants, owner of Aqua Grille and Lounge and Director of Restaurants at Sea Pines Resort. He and his wife Polly are parents to four children age 24, 21, 20 and 18. They live in Bluffton.
