Chris Katon is Director of Dining Services at the Seabrook of Hilton Head. He is an inclusive leader who is passionate about delivering elevated hospitality and personalized guest service. Chris was raised in Massachusetts on Cape Cod and is formerly the General Manager at Legal Sea Foods Restaurants in Boston, proprietor of Aqua Grille and Lounge and Director of Restaurants at Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island. He and his wife Polly are parents to four children. They live in Bluffton.
