Originally from upstate New York, Thomas Condame received his degree in Culinary Arts. He relocated to this area three decades ago with the aim of advancing his career in the hotel industry. Eventually, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, opening his own restaurant named Tapas, which successfully operated for a decade. Moreover, he pursued catering for numerous years until he found his way to The Seabrook.

Thomas takes great pleasure in collaborating with all the Residents of The Seabrook, striving to enhance the community to its fullest potential. He finds joy in gathering menu inspirations from the diverse backgrounds and upbringings of the Residents. To him, being a part of The Seabrook is like living a dream come true.
