Logan joined The Seabrook team in 2019. He manages all aspects of facilities operations, including buildings, grounds, housekeeping and security. Previously, Logan was the New Construction Project Manager and Regional Chief Engineer for Forty2, a multifamily property management, development and consulting firm with properties in nine states. He earned a business administration degree from Allied American University and served as Section Leader in the Army from 2009 to 2016. A native of Charleston, Logan enjoys golf and fishing in his spare time.

In, October 1982, The Seabrook of Hilton Head opened as a nonprofit, tax exempt charitable organization. The Seabrook Foundation Fund was established by the Board of Trustees to promote our vision of social accountability.
