The Seabrook Membership

One Time Cost of $15,000
  • The Seabrook membership is open to persons at least 60 years of age.
    (For married couples, only one membership fee is required.)
  • The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • As a member the resident has ownership in The Seabrook of Hilton Head Island, Inc.
  • The Seabrook is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community and is run by a voluntary board of trustees.
  • Each membership is entitled to one board vote. Entry Fee has no vote on regime board.
  • Fraser Health Center entitles members to reduced rate after one year of residency. Rate: $280. per day, Reduced Membership Rate: $200. per day.
