In the early part of 1982, Robert Killingsworth joined with a group of prominent Hilton Head Island residents interested in creating a safe environment for an active adult retirement community over 60 years old.  

The idea was to mix to the pristine setting of Hilton Head South Carolina with the lifestyle of independent living in a continuing care retirement community filled with the best of gracious living, excellent food, and a caring, knowledgeable staff striving to make every day a pleasure.

Nearly a quarter of a century later, Seabrook still welcomes seniors seeking to the highest standard of assisted living available in a secure environment tucked away near beaches, shopping, and dining of in a luxurious senior housing community in Hilton Head Island.  This is the Seabrook experience!
