The Seabrook’s Wellness and Home Health Care Program.
Optimal, well-managed health is the foundation for living life to the fullest. As such, it is an integral part of the Seabrook community. Independent living in each apartment is complemented by The Seabrook's Wellness and Home Health Program.

The Seabrook Wellness and home Health Program provide affordable, extensive and convenient services. Many services are provided at no charge, some of those services include; health consultations, blood pressure monitoring and emergency call response. The Wellness Clinic is staffed with licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants and companions. Seabrook Home Health and Wellness staff provide a range of services from wound care, medication management, lab work, allergy injections, assistance with doctors’ appointments, and other care.  We also provide home health aides that will provide morning or evening care. This is complemented with assistance and companions for longer periods from 4 to 24 hours.
