Fraser Health Care is the Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation component of the Seabrook. Our Seabrook residents enjoy priority access to health care services.
Fraser Health Care is a licensed, medicare certified, skilled nursing facility with physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Although we are a small facility, we provide all residents with private accommodations. We strive to promote a home-like environment for our residents.
Twenty four hours a day our professional staff is dedicated to our philosophy of assisting residents, both short and long term, to achieve and maintain their optimal level of functioning. We respect the dignity of each individual, and recognize their physical, mental and emotional needs and rights.
